My sincerest condolences to the Stout family . Bill was a wonderful man, role model, and so full of energy. He coached baseball at McKean High School, and made everyone around him better. I enjoyed his quick wit and dry sense of humor. He will be missed.

We are so sorry we won’t be with you to celebrate your Dads life. I am so glad, for the time I got to spend with him last week, remembering the good times we all shared. He was a wonderful man who meant so much to our family. Our world might be a little less bright without his presence, but surely Heaven is a whole lot brighter💜. Vicki and Dusty

I met Bill 6 or 7 years ago on the tennis courts at the Bayside Tennis Club in South Bethany where we play a vigorous senior citizen tennis game. Bill was always upbeat and competitive! The tennis give and take was as spirited as the verbal give and take and Bill participated well in both. He was always a gentleman and now I know he was also a scholar. I later found that I shared Bill's stained glass hobby and that we both frequented D & D Stained Glass for materials and guidance. I unfortunately missed the cigar and scotch activity. Bill will be remembered and missed by more than his family!
