Tod Lorah

Tod Eric Lorah, 56, a proud veteran of the United States Air Force, met our Heavenly Father on June 1, 2024. Born in 1967 to Arthur and Sharon Lorah, he resided in Pennsylvania for most of his life before moving to Wilmington, DE.

Tod Lorah will be remembered as a kind, loving father who laughed, joked and hugged often, did a great Elvis impression and fearlessly loved his country.  We honor his service and sacrifice.

Tod was on active duty in support of Operation Enduring Freedom at Balad, Iraq. He served several deployments overseas and fought in combat theater in Southwest Asia (Middle East). His final military tour was with the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, 270th Engineering Installation Service based at Willow Grove in Horsham, PA as a Technical Sergeant. He was a cable and antenna systems craftsman and attended Airman Leadership School.

He was awarded numerous medals and citations including National Defense Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal with a Service Star, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, Air Force Achievement Medal, Meritorious Service Medal with 3 Oak Leaf Clusters and the Air Force Expeditionary Service Ribbon with Gold Border with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster.

He is survived by five children: Layne Lorah, Dillion Kline, Tajia Lorah, Kaymon Burnes, Maylee Burnes as well as five grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Christopher Lorah.
