In Loving Memory of Terrence “Terry” Walklett
Terrence “Terry” Walklett, age 63, passed away peacefully on September 24, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He leaves behind a legacy defined by the love, kindness, loyalty, and selflessness he gave so freely to the people around him.
He had a way of making the people he loved feel supported and cared for, and he never hesitated to lend a helping hand. His family and friends knew they could always count on him—no matter what.
Terry was a lifelong electrician, a career he took great pride in. He was a hardworking and dedicated man who brought that same commitment and determination to everything he did. Outside of work, he found happiness in the simple joys of life and in making memories with the people he loved. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, skiing, golfing, diving, swimming at the beach, and spending time with family and friends. He was also a proud member of Fieldstone Golf Course, where he enjoyed the game and the friendships that came with it. Whether he was enjoying an adventure, relaxing by the water, playing a round of golf, or simply spending time together, it was the people beside him who made those moments special.
Above all, Terry was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, partner, and friend. He is survived by his children, Terrence Jr. (Candice), Kaci, Karlee, and Kassy (Mark); his grandchildren, Emilea, Ayla, Terrence III, and Cole; his siblings, Sharon (Nick), Tom (Sharon), and Todd (Denise); and his life partner, Laura Campbell. He is also survived by countless extended family members and dear friends who loved him and will carry his memory with them.
Terry was predeceased by his parents, Willetta Walklett and Thomas Walklett Sr.
His greatest joy was his family, and the love he had for them was evident in everything he did. His children and grandchildren will carry with them not only the memories they shared, but also the lessons he taught through the way he lived: always be honest, always be loyal, care for others, and give more than you take.
Terry will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His kindness, generosity, humor, and unwavering love will remain in the hearts of his family, friends, and all those fortunate enough to have known him.
Though his time with us was not long enough, the love he gave us will last a lifetime.
