Dear Wendy and family, I worked with Susan at the Brandywiners summer shows. She was very talented and very devoted to the cause. She was an excellent performer as well as a tech person. I worked the first aid station for many years. I observed her with new members showing them the ropes. She was always pleasant and kind. I am very sorry for your loss. I did not know she was ill. I have not been active for years in Brandywiners. I just recently saw Ken Jones after many years away. I wish you the Peace of our LORD JESUS at this time of sadness.

I had the pleasure of working with Susan for 7 years here at PNC. She was always pleasant, even in the face of difficult customer situations. She handled herself with grace and professionalism every day and always had a smile on her face; you could even tell that through the phone. Even though she was a work colleague, I considered her a friend. She will be missed.

Wendy & family, For those of us that knew and worked with Susan at PNC over many years, we witnessed a dedicated service partner. I had the pleasure of attending a Brandywiners performance and knew that evening (just a few years ago) that Susan was "behind the scenes". Yes, many talents and a genuine smile & kind spirit. May she rest in peace. Becky Emptage
