Dearest Pat and family, Rick and I send our deepest sympathies on the loss of your dad. I will always remember remember his humor and kindness. I’ll never forget Senior Skip day when I accidentally yanked out his newly planted tree with my dad’s old Plymouth Satellite. I’m sure he was aggravated with me, but he never said a word. He was a great guy. I hope you find comfort in memories of happy days.

Louise and I regret our long delay in sending condolences to all of you. Rex was a wonderful friend to us , beginning with our transfer to Tampico when Rex and Connie were welcoming and began an almost 40 year friendship. Both were invaluable friends to two of our sons, who were at St Andrew's in Middletown while we were far away in Mexico. They visited us in the Florida Keys annually in February. They gave me a bed and a loan of Rex's pick-up on many of my visits to Wilmington. They attended our sons' weddings and graduations and we got to several of their celebrations of their anniversaries. Rex was a fine golfer, a superb and loyal employee of Dupont's TiO2 business, and a great patriarch to his children and grandchildren. WE miss him. Our love and condolences to Connie, Patricia and Jackie and all the grand children. We have sent a contribution to the Salvation Army in Rex's memory.
