Marie “T” Ferguson

On Wednesday, June 15, 2022, Marie “T” Berl (Ridings) Ferguson passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 94. She was born in Wilmington, DE and graduated from Wilmington Friends School where she excelled in basketball, field hockey and other athletics. “T” later attended Danville College in Virginia where she studied Fashion Design and Art. She was a passionate artist who loved spending time painting with her grandchildren. Some of T’s favorite pastimes were gardening, birdwatching, and caring for her cats.

“T”is survived by her children, Clayton L. Ridings III and his wife Toby, Elizabeth Ridings, and Barbara Exter, grandchildren, Michael Ridings and his wife Morgan, Jayme Rollo and her husband Brian, and Phoenix and Gryphon Ridings. Also survived by great-grandchildren Tristan, Keira, and Sydney Ridings, and Adalynn Fisher.

The family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mom’s loving caregiver Joanne Knight.
