Louis Harris

Louis S. Harris, 81, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on Saturday November 26th 2022. Born in Wilmington, Delaware, he was the son of Ann (Prusinski) Harris and Roy Harris. brother to Carol Golden, Joanne Harris Herrick, Joe Harris, and Richard Harris. Beloved husband to Roseann Harris and father to Ashley Harris (Brian Hanson), Louie Harris (Patty Harris), and David Harris (Wendy Harris), Patricia Battaglia, Robert Harris and grandchildren. Brother-in-law to Phyllis and Brian Buchanan, Frank and Carol Siderio, cousins Anita and Frank Miceli. Lou enjoyed his life working as an inspector for Boeing and spending his free time golfing at Ed Oliver Golf Club. He was a jack of all trades and often worked on projects around the house in his own creative way. Once retired, he would do handy man work for friends and was referred to as “Lou the Handy Man”. Lou loved to make people laugh and there are many fond memories of him dancing and singing to his favorite music. He looked forward to trips to Atlantic City and Las Vegas. He will always be remembered as a caring husband and amazing father who would do anything for his family and dogs who he adored.
