My thoughts and prayers go out to your family for the loss of such an amazing person! I interviewed with Dave before joining Christiana Care and worked very closely with him for many years. He was a great teacher, answered every question I had, sometimes twice. He made me laugh, he challenged me, he always told me what he thought and how he felt. He made me stronger! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with him. My heart goes out to all of you!

I worked as a Manager for Dave. He was a very smart man. He always was thinking of the future for the hospital and his departments. He taught me a lot and I have carried it forward in my life. I remember when he first came at Wilmington Hospial and he worked for Dick Pearce. I got the desk, chairs etc for his first office at Wilmington Hospital. I’m sorry he did not get more time in retirement. i’m sending condolences to Val, Jay and Dori.πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½πŸ™πŸ½
