I am so sorry to learn of Jo Michelle’s passing. I had the pleasure of working with her for many years at PFPC & BNY Mellon. She was truly one of the most kind people I worked with. She was an absolute expert in her field and a “go to” person for anyone needing an education or assistance with any type of retirement account. She was always willing to take time from her busy day to help others. Jo Michelle will be fondly remembered and in my prayers as will her family that she loved so dearly.
