Janet L. Reaver

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Janet L. Reaver (née Banish), who departed this life on May 25, 2025, at the age of 88.

Janet is survived by her daughters, Beth (Mike) Lee and Christine (Pete) Dunham; her grandchildren, Kaia and Mieke Lee, Matthew (Stacey) and David Dunham; and her great-grandchildren, James and Lorelai Dunham. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Marvin ‘Bud’ and her sons, Paul and David Reaver.

Janet will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Services will be private.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Janet’s memory to the Pulmonary Hypertension Association at phassociation.org

    Our heartfelt sympathy goes out to Christine and Beth Ann and their families at this very sad time. Janet and Marv were our longtime good friends of 55 years when we knew them in New Jersey, Chicago and Wilmington. Relocations and distances kept us apart but we regularly spoke and corresponded with Marv and Janet and with Janet after Marv's passing. We will always hold Janet and Marv and children close in our hearts. God speed, Janet.
