    Bob Ridout writes,
I am sorry for your loss. I worked for Don in DuPont Medical Products. He was a great leader. He listened to and supported his team, he was great with customers and constantly drove innovation. I remember each year as we celebrated our success, he would toast the spouses for their critical support role. RIP Don Bob Ridout
