Dolores C. Windsor

Dolores C. “Dolly” Windsor, age 93, passed away on May, 4 2022 at Cokesbury Village in Hockessin, Delaware. She was born in West Grove, Pennsylvania to the late John Morgan and Ruth Weaver Campbell in 1928.

Upon graduating from Conrad High School and Goldey Beacom College, Dolly was employed as a medical secretary. While raising her family she volunteered in various capacities in the Mt. Pleasant School District as well as the Wilmington Flower Market. She loved her kitchen as evidenced by her culinary skills and gracious sharing of tasty treats for any occasion. Her artistic ability and creativity led to numerous outstanding exhibits in the annual dollhouse miniature shows of the First State Mini Club. A longtime resident of Cokesbury Village, Dolly and her husband traveled worldwide. She was a member of Westmishter Presbyterian Church in Wilmington.

Dolly is survived by her husband of 73 years, Donald Grant Windsor, and her daughters Donna Collins (Clark), Debbie Desmond (Paul), and Dru Wisniewski (Frank), 8 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
