The world is a little darker today from the loss of the light of Devesh. Iโ€™m a firm believer that when we lose someone close to us, like a father or a husband, they continue to live on through us and give us unbelievable strength. Theyโ€™re so connected to us that they become a part of us. Shachi and Nidhi, time helps minimize grief, but it will never get rid of the love you shared. Wishing you peace, comfort, courage, and lots of love at this time of sorrow.

Too soon to be gone, just like a blink of an eye. Still can't come to terms with the fact that our cousin has left us. We spent all our summer vacations in Bombay. He was our first techie, who mastered computers and was the first in the family to have one. He left us while working on his favorite machine. May God grant peace to his soul. You will be greatly missed ๐Ÿ™

Dear Shachi and Nidhi - We are deeply saddened by your loss and are deeply grieved by the loss of a dear friend whose generosity, kindness and warmth knew no bounds. We are finding it very hard to fathom that Devesh is no longer with us. We have not known anybody that comes close to the love and affection that Devesh showered on his friends and we are all a lot poorer today because of his untimely departure. We pray that God give you the courage to get through these trying tines. May God keep him in his kind graces for ever. Devesh will stay in our hearts as long as we live.

Words cannot describe how I felt when we heard this sad news. You went away too soon, Devesh. I remember when we first met in Lawrenceville when you were a bachelor. We used to admire that you had maintained your house so well as a single person. Then you got married and we continued meeting on various family occasions. We always considered you our go to IT guru. Anytime we had an issue, you were just a phone call away and very humbly you used to come and help us. You were always the " mast" character who in-spite of life pressures never let your spirits down. There were so many occasions to celebrate with you and Saachi as a family. You were a doting father, a caring husband, a loving son and a wonderful friend to have. You will be truly missed but as they say - Those we love don't go away. They walk besides us everyday. I hope that as the pain fades away, your sudden demise will be a reminder to live every little and beautiful moment to its fullest. I know you are in a good place and would be smiling from above in your "bindaas" character. Saachi and Nidhi, may God give you the strength to bear this profound loss. But know that being the hi-tech guy that he is , he still has the remote control and is watching over both of you and blessing you both. Om shanti Om shanti Om shanti

I had the pleasure of working with Devesh for many years at BMS. He was a remarkable, talented individual who loved sharing his passion for technology in all aspects of his work. Above all else, Devesh cherished his family. Shachi and Nidhi were the center of his world. I remember when Buddy joined the family. He won over Devesh immediately! He was the most generous person and the kindest soul. He was always willing to help; always willing to listen and often a calm perspective in some of the roughest times. I am so grateful for having known him. My heart is broken for all of his family and friends. Know that his time here on earth made a difference to so many people. Warmest regards, Nancy Perna

Shachi and Nidhi, we are deeply saddened by this unexpected news about Devesh. We have been talking about Devesh last few days and reminiscing of all the times we spent together. Devesh was one of the first people we met when we moved to the US in 2000, so he has always had and will always have a special place in our heart. We have been talking about so many of his major milestones that we were part of. Devesh was a wonderful person, loving family man, IT whiz and he also had a very funny side to him when he started to tell some of his funny stories. We would joke everything in his house was fully automated even 20 years ago, and I would joke not to clap or snap a finger in his house else something might open or might move. And then Devesh would just sit there and smile, feeling proud of his geekiness. He was down to earth and truly way ahead of the times, and now he has left all of us way ahead of his time. We pray for your family, and we are always here for you. We pray God is kind to your family and gives you strength every single day to carve a path forward. Rest in peace Devesh. Love, Dipti & Vic

Deeply saddened to learn of the passing of our dear Devesh or Raju as we knew him in the family. I recall his cheerful warm hospitable nature whenever we used to visit him at his home in Mumbai long before he moved to the US. Having lost his father at a young age, Raju shouldered the responsibility as the man of the house. As a son and as a brother he was unmatched, supporting his mother and sisters through all of life's challenges, and later on as a husband and father. I will cherish my memories of Raju. Prayers for his soul to attain Moksha. My sincere condolences to Sachi, Nidhi, Rachna and Suchitra. May Raju continue to light up the sky with his warm smile watching over all of you. Om Shanti ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™โค๏ธโค๏ธ
