Bill was one of the most genuine and caring individuals that i have had the pleasure of knowing. Bill and I met back in 2003 while working at the Bank One data centers in Brandywine and Bear DE. We spent just about one complete year together at that project and then found our paths cross many other times while working at AET. My wishes to Bill's family are to remember the best of memories of which i am positive there has to be many. I am so very sorry for your loss and will pray for your healing. I am proud and blessed to have known Bill and call him "friend". Love & Peace to your family. Jeff Spinney
