Richard V. Kitts

Richard V. Kitts, age 81, of Wilmington, DE died peacefully in his sleep on February 26, 2018. He was surrounded by his loving family.

Dick attended Lansdown High School and served his country in the Air Force. He was stationed in the Greenland & Andalusia Islands. He spent the next 25 years raising his family and working as an Air Traffic Controller at the Philadelphia International Airport developing many lifelong friends.

He is survived by his wife, Sarah, who was his loving best friend. He is also survived by his four children, Rick, Elsa, Susan and Randy, seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild and many loving friends.

Funeral Services

Visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Friday March 2, 2018 at the Chandler Funeral Home, 2506 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE followed by the service at 11:00 AM.
