Marion H. Abbott

Marion H. Abbott passed away peacefully on January 15, 2017 at Manor Care after a long battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Marion was born on September 15, 1924 in Wilmington, DE. She worked all her adult life at DuPont Edgemoor Plant and was secretary to the plant manager.

She was a faithful member of Zion Lutheran Church and served as a Girl Scout leader, Sunday School teacher, the Altar Guild and on the Personnel Committee.

She is survived by her niece Nancy Dangel of Clarkston, MI, two grand nephews and four great grand nephews and nieces.
