Ray from BlackRock lit a candle and writes,
Dear Ginny, It is with a very heavy heart that I write this message to you. Although I only knew your mom since starting at BlackRock back in 2017 it was always a joy for me to know that she was a close colleague of mine right from the very start. I am so pleased that I got to meet her in person when I visited the Wilmington office when I started with the company. I certainly cherish the long conversations that we had - always fun and interesting. I know she had a particular fondness for everything British, and I being a Brit, meant that she would always ask about what was happening over here and sharing her enthusiasm about Britain - I know she was so excited about the recent royal birth. My thoughts are with you Ginny. I will miss Gina - as will many people. I am very sorry that I cannot attend on Sunday but believe me I would be there if could. I will be thinking of you - not just for now but in the future too. You have my condolences. Ray.

Ginny- I am so deeply sorry for the loss of your mom. I was blessed to have worked with her for the last 5 years. She was bright. I always told her I wanted to play trivia pursuit and have her on my team. She knew a little something about everything! We both shared the same passion for animals. She had some whopper rescue stories. And boy could you mom make me laugh! I was looking forward to her coming back to work because the office was so boring without her energy. I miss your mom. She really was amazing. Your mom talked about you a lot. She was so proud of you Ginny! You are part of our work family. If there is anything you need please reach out to one of us. We are here for you. To your amazing fun loving mom who bought joy to all of us. We miss you Gina! Sincerely Wende Biel (mom's co-worker)
