Frank S. Schreckengaust, Jr., 92, of Wilmington passed away at Stonegates Health Care on August 14, 2018.

Preceding him in death was his wife, Anne P. Schreckengaust. His niece, Kathryn J. Zerbe, MD, of Portland, Oregon, survives.
