Fran was a very easy person to talk with and get along with. We worked very well and very closely together for many years in the northern New Castle area. I will certainly miss her! It is very heartwarming to know that Fran was as warm, inviting, considerate, and non-judgmental to all that she encountered. All of us should learn from her example! In loving memory, Abdullah
