Foula Tsionas

Zografoula (Foula) Tsionas, passed away on January 29, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Tsionas was born in Korinos, Katerini, Greece to Fotios and Katerina Vasilikou in 1933. At the age of 20, she came to the United States and was amazed at the prospects for a new beginning. Later, she met her future husband, Konstantinos Tsionas, on a return trip to Greece and together they moved to the United States to build the better life they dreamed of, raising a family an embarking on a journey of business ventures with her husband that was blessed with tremendous success. All along, Mrs. Tsionas, together with her husband, remained committed to their faith and values that had shaped their lives since their days in Greece. They loved their Greek Orthodox Church and Community in Wilmington, Delaware. Mrs. Tsionas was a faithful and active member of Philoptochos, the woman’s auxiliary and charitable arm of the Greek Orthodox Church, donating time and resources in the aid of others.

She is predeceased in life by her husband Konstantinos, brother Panagiotis, and daughter Katerina. She is survived by her daughters Georgia (Demitrios) and Angela (Anagnostis), six grandchildren Billy, Constantina, Alex, Konstantinos, Yianna, and Kosta. She also has two great grandchildren, Konstantinos and Myrto as well as many nieces and nephews she dearly loved.
