Doris Voelker

On April 1, 2023, Doris Voelker (née Osburne) went home to her Lord and Savior. She was the beloved wife of the late Glenn G. Voelker; daughter of the late Frank and Mary Osburne; devoted mother to Glenn G. Voelker, Patrick (Woody) Voelker, and the late Robyn Voelker-Mccumber.  She was blessed to be the grandmother of four, and great grandmother of three, beautiful children. Doris was also a dear sister to Geraldine Schirmacher and Patrick Osburne. Doris was predeceased by her siblings Frank Osburne, Robert Osburne, Lavona Cilento, Lorraine Franczkowski, and Gail Osburne.

Doris started her career in advertising at the Baltimore Sun, then later continued with the News American.  She traveled the country with her husband in the Air Force, before returning to advertising after he retired.
