Clifford Ray Cunningham

Clifford Ray Cunningham, 78, of Parsonsburg, MD, passed away peacefully on the morning of Wednesday, March 19th, 2025.

Ray, as he was known to most, was born in the small town of Charleston, MS where he was the youngest of five.

He was a decorated Vietnam Veteran, serving two tours and earning the distinguished Purple Heart Medal. He was a Marine through and through and was very proud to have served in the military.

He was a very generous man to many and will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his parents (Ellen and Luther), two brothers (Grover and Owen Guy), one sister (Ogaleen), daughter (Savannah), and the love of his life (Linda Cunningham).

He is survived by his sister (Barbara Ann), his children Ray Jr (Brandi), James (Monica), Randall (Jennifer) and Mandra (Stephanie) as well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
