Bruce Alfonso Altenburger

Bruce Alfonso Altenburger, age 60, of Landenberg, PA died on January 23, 2017.

Bruce graduated from SUNY Buffalo in 1978 and obtained an MBA from the University of Delaware in 1997. He worked for DuPont since 1978 and was the Manager of the Safety-Health-Environmental Department.

Bruce was an avid racquetball player, sailor and beach goer.

He was predeceased by his father Alfonso Altenburger. Bruce is survived by his mother Edith Altenburger; wife Susan L. Altenburger, son Ryan Altenburger; son Tyler Altenburger and his wife Hayley; sister Eva Altenburger and her husband Jim Guerra and their children Justin and Jarod. He will be missed by many family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made in his name may be sent to a charity of the donor’s choice.
