Ardis Rasmus Guy, age 84, of Wilmington, DE and formerly of Eau Claire, WI passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Arden Courts with her family by her side.
Ardis was born in Eau Claire, WI, daughter of the late Hjalmer and Anna Rasmus. She graduated from Alexis I. duPont High School in 1950 and the University of Delaware in 1960.
Ardis was an elementary school teacher in the Marshallton/McKean school district. She was a member of the Concordia Lutheran Church in Wilmington.
She is survived by her husband of 41 years, Robert Guy, daughters; Lori Molin (Steve) and Andrea Space (Jeff), son, Jeff Guy (Donna) and grandchildren; Micah Molin, Alyssa Graves, Andrew Guy, Timothy Guy, Joshua Guy and Jordan Space.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Friday, February 24, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Concordia Lutheran Church, 3003 Silverside Road, Wilmington, DE 19810. Interment will be private.
