Bernard A. Tarnecki

Bernard Anthony Tarnecki, age 88, of Newark, Delaware passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at the Christiana Hospital.

Bernie was born in Camden, New Jersey, son of the late Stanley Frank Tarnecki and Catherine Dutkiewicz Tarnecki. He was an Aero Medic Specialist with the U.S. Air Force. After his service in the Air Force, he worked at the Chrysler Plant in Newark, DE.

Bernie enjoyed swimming, Ball Room dancing and Snoopy. He was a kind and simple man.

He is survived by his longtime friend, Margaret and her family (Joseph, Shannon, Adam and David).

A private interment will be at the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
