Carol Jane Holland

Carol Jane Holland, 87, of Lewes, Delaware, formerly of Boothwyn, Pennsylvania, passed away on July 31, 2026.

She worked for many years as a retail clerk for Acme Markets. She was also a member of the American Legion, Elks Lodge, Loyal Order of Moose, and the Degree of Pocahontas.

Carol is predeceased by her husband, Lewis S. Holland; her daughter, Shirley J. DeMore; and her granddaughter, Jennifer Stencler.

She is survived by her daughters Debbie Brady (SC) and Louise (Marshall) Jackson (DE); grandchildren John Stencler (CA), Bobby (Olivia) DeMore (PA), Samantha Eastburn (PA), Heather (Matt) Wood (DE), Amber (Justin) Jones (DE), Zachary Wisniewski (DE), Zanzi (Dashon) James (NJ), and Austin Jackson (PA); and great-grandchildren Julianna Huffert (MT), Tyler Graham (SC), Sydney Stencler (CA), Audrey Stencler (CA), Roxanna Stencler (CA), Brayden Wood (DE), Lewis Wood (DE), Jaxson Jones (DE), Vivian Jones (DE), MiaBella Eastburn (PA), Dax DeMore (PA), Dawson DeMore (PA), Lextin Jackson (PA), and Lance Jackson (PA).
