Jean Laverne Wiggins lit a candle and writes,
I will always remember “Chef Bob” as we all at the then Raddisson Hotel knew him. He was very soft spoken, always had a minute to chat with us, but we knew when it was time to get busy. My Deepest condolences to his family. Sincerely, Jean Wiggins. R.I. P. Chef Bob.
