Gus Tom Costis

Gus Tom Costis, age 88, of Wilmington, DE, passed away on September 4, 2017 in the Wilmington Hospital.

Gus was born in Norfolk, VA to the late Thomas and Alexandra Haleges Costis. He was a graduate of Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville, GA and earned his B.A. from Duke University. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard.

Gus was employed by the duPont Company in the Film Sales & Marketing Division. He was a member of the Adelphia Associates and the Delaware Photographic Society, and his interests included photography and traveling.

Gus is survived by his wife and best friend of 52 years, Patsy F. Costis of Wilmington; son Dean Costis (Thao) of Houston, TX; daughter Candace Costis Ball (Richard) of Thorndale, TX; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
