I worked with Dr Erb for years at St Francis. Always respectful, kind and professional with other doctors, staff and patients. All respected his calming affect during surgery. He was great to work with.

Dr Erb hired me in 1984 to work with him at st Francis hospital- when one imagines a great physician/anesthesiologist Bob was that person. Very humble very warm and he made me and my family feel at home and comfortable immediately-He cared about everyone- his staff his patients but especially his family - Bob was a true role model—and I in my career have made an effort to be as good as he was - I am still trying - thank you Bob
