Dr. Maria Socorro Quebec San Gabriel passed away last February 25, 2018 in Wilmington, Delaware surrounded by her family.  While working at the VA Hospital of Puerto Rico for 25 years, she was a strong advocate fighting for the medical rights and care of veterans in Puerto Rico.

May she rest in peace.
