David Collins Grigsby

David Collins Grigsby, age 78, of West Grove, PA, passed away on February 12, 2018.

Born in Evanston, IL in 1940 he was the son of the late David Hurd Grigsby and Gwendolyn Collins Grigsby.

He worked for over 20 years for the Continental Can Company. He was a member of St. Mary of the Assumption, enjoyed the Chicago Cubs and Bears, traveling extensively, playing bridge, reading, jigsaw puzzles, but most of all spend time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren.

Survived by his wife Barbara (Dureiko) Grigsby, daughter Diane Daley, her husband Edward, their children Alex, Ian, Leanne, son David C. Grigsby, and brother Richard Grigsby.

His Mass will be celebrated on Thursday February 15, 2018 at St. Mary of the Assumption, 7200 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin, DE,  friends may call starting at 10:00AM at the Church. Interment private.
