Dianne M. Minster Bilson

Dianne M. Minster Bilson, age 75 of Wilmington, DE died September 16, 2017.

Ms. Bilson was born in 1942 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Edward B. and Anne K. Minster Phillips. She graduated from Easton High School in 1960 and attended Towson University. In 1966, she packed her belongings into a VW Beetle and headed for California. She settled in Hollywood where she lived until moving back east in 1970. Dianne had successful careers in both sales and office management, earning numerous awards and accolades over the years. Active in her community, she served as president of her sons’ PTA and was a member of Beta Sigma Phi.

Dianne is survived by her partner of 17 years, William Berry; her three sons, Robert W. Bilson, Jr. of Santa Barbara, CA, Mark (Jennifer) Bilson of Chicago, IL, and Christopher Bilson of Wilmington, DE; her former spouse, Robert W. Bilson, Sr.; her sister, Joan Minster Townsend of Church Hill, MD; six grandchildren; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Sunday Breakfast Mission, 110 N. Poplar Street, Wilmington, DE 19801.
