These include providing you with bereavement resources that will assist with matters such as the emotional and physical demands that grief subjects us to, explaining death to a child, even referrals to community services and support groups.

Helen Johnson, LCSW, ACSW, our Aftercare Coordinator is here to give personal attention and assistance at your time of need. Helen has had extensive professional experience working with families and individuals who are coping with death and has personally experienced the grief that follows the death of a loved one. Our Aftercare Program is yet another way Chandler’s shows their concern. This program is not limited by time and is available to you and your family at no charge.
